4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Crillventex platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Crillventex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
5.3 User Content
By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the platform, you grant Crillventex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the service.
6. Webinar Participation
6.1 Live Events
Webinars and live broadcasts are scheduled events. While we strive to maintain consistent quality and availability, technical issues may occasionally occur. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical difficulties beyond our reasonable control.
6.2 Recording and Usage
Webinars may be recorded. By participating in a webinar, you consent to being recorded and grant Crillventex permission to use such recordings for educational, promotional, or archival purposes.
6.3 Participant Conduct
During interactive sessions, you agree to maintain professional conduct, respect other participants, and follow moderator instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session and account suspension.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain services or features may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.
7.2 Billing
For subscription services, you authorize Crillventex to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
8. Privacy
