This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Crillventex may issue refunds for services purchased through our platform. By purchasing any service from crillventex.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Webinar and Course Refunds

Standard Refund Window

Refund requests for webinars and courses must be submitted within seven days of the original purchase date. Refunds requested after this period will not be eligible for processing unless exceptional circumstances apply as determined by Crillventex at our sole discretion.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The webinar or course must not have been accessed or attended. Once you have logged in to view materials or joined a live session, the content is considered delivered and refunds will no longer be available.

Downloadable materials, if any, must not have been downloaded or accessed. Access to any supplementary materials constitutes delivery of the service.

The refund request must be submitted through our official contact channels as specified in this policy.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Services purchased during promotional periods or at discounted rates unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.

Partial refunds for multi-session courses or webinar series. These are treated as single purchases and follow the standard refund conditions.

Any service where access credentials have been shared with third parties or where there is evidence of misuse.

Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

Platform Availability

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a live webinar due to platform issues on our end, Crillventex will offer one of the following remedies:

Access to a recorded version of the session at no additional cost.

A full refund of the purchase price for that specific webinar.

Credit toward a future webinar or course of equivalent value.

User-Side Technical Issues

Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties that arise from your internet connection, device compatibility, browser configuration, or other factors outside our control. We recommend testing your system prior to any scheduled live session using the technical requirements published on our platform.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within thirty days of the initial purchase date if no services have been accessed. After thirty days, or once any content has been accessed, annual subscriptions become non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current period.

Your refund request must include your full name, email address associated with your account, order or transaction number, date of purchase, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

Review and Approval

All refund requests will be reviewed within five to seven business days. You will receive a response via email indicating whether your request has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed within ten business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to identify an alternative method. Crillventex is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution in connection with the refund transaction.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution before contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. Initiating a chargeback does not guarantee that your dispute will be resolved in your favor, and it may result in permanent termination of your access to Crillventex services.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing or service concerns before escalating to your financial institution.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Crillventex reserves the right to issue refunds outside the standard terms outlined in this policy in cases of exceptional circumstances. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and are entirely at the discretion of Crillventex management.

Exceptional circumstances may include but are not limited to verified medical emergencies, prolonged platform outages affecting access, or errors on our part in billing or service delivery.

Crillventex may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
